Momentum is looking for an amazing Producer to help support our luxury spirit/liquor account. Our client is a spirits category leader and is working with Momentum to keep driving rapid growth of their portfolio via integrated marketing programs.


  • Manages event programs for spirits brands across the country

  • Ties into Momentum-NA Live Events network of standards and best practices:

  • Responsible for on-strategy project planning and execution according to Agency standards within established budgets and timeframes

  • Builds, manages and reconciles event budgets

  • Leads concepting, program development, activation and staff management for all Event related assignments

  • Provides post-event and program recaps on a timely basis

  • Contributes to development of experiential marketing and event/sponsorship activation ideas through with ability to find/contribute unique and creative ideas for projects

  • Directly responsible for management of components of events within account base. This includes event activities, event staff management, reporting, and post-event activities.

  • Demonstrates a current working knowledge of alcohol sampling legal restrictions across multiple-states and municipalities

  • Provides production expertise and leadership in guiding internal teams across the agency to meet client goals ensuring event production objectives are met

  • Partners with Account & Creative team(s) within agency and the client in developing, pitching and managing client business

  • Solicits and provides all relevant job information to team members in a timely manner

  • Establishes effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams in and outside of the Agency (IAT)

  • Understands agency capabilities, vision & mission, and utilizes agency resources/tools appropriately and efficiently

  • Participates in new business pitches & RFPs

  • Mentors junior team members and helps them to succeed

  • Participates in continuing education/training (

  • All other duties as assigned

  • Build thorough understanding of client’s business

  • Utilize agency tools in conveying all necessary information (i.e. Terms and Conditions, Purchase Orders, production job starts)


  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • 3+ years agency experience

  • Experience training/mentoring more junior team members and field teams

  • Demonstrates a “client management philosophy” that fits within the Momentum model

  • Proven success in collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in achieving established objectives

  • Regularly delivers quality work (creatively and strategically solid) within budget parameters

  • Demonstrated ability in recognizing quality event ideation and execution in terms of marketing strategy and Momentum creative standards

  • Successful leadership of clients

  • Successful negotiator of tie-in partners, sponsorships, etc.

  • Significant travel required as programming and strategic meetings dictate

  • Previous Experience as a production manager or equivalent necessary

  • Extensive knowledge of technical production skills desirable
