KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations for our Management Consulting practice.
Participate in client engagements and work streams related to strategy improvement and purchase-to-pay (P2P) services procurement transformation, category management, contract management processes and supplier selection
Serve as a resource and key team member on projects and help ensure timely delivery of results
Review the work product of associates and provide direction and training as necessary
Execute process transformation, measurable improved operational performance and organizational restructuring plans
Establish client value propositions that tie financial metrics and CFO focus areas directly to operations business improvement
A minimum of three years of management consulting experience in P2P services procurement transformation, supplier relationship management, category management and contract management processes
Bachelors degree in finance, engineering, operations analysis or a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred
Functional knowledge of applications enabling strategic sourcing such as SAP SRM, Ariba (Ariibabuyer), Emportis, and Oracle (I-Procurement)
Strong data analysis and/or process mapping skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Travel may be up to 80-100%
