Baxter Business Operations Analyst - Claris in Deerfield, Illinois
Responsible for Integration of contract transition from DLSS to Baxter, ensuring the implementation of pricing, incentives, and rebates. This position requires detailed customer and franchise profit evaluation and the understanding of the impact of the profitability levers including the cost to serve. This candidate will play a key role, along with regional business and sales management teams, in the formulation of customer strategy and tactics. Position will have significant interaction with Field Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Senior Management in developing an understanding of customer needs, and in analyzing profitability of associated customer agreements. for profitability analysis. Support of all new products to be launched for injectable in the future to the GPI Portfolio.
Integration from DLSS to Baxter of Claris Products
Support all new products to be launched for GPI contracts
Manages the completion of all GPO’s RFP’s through coordination with all internal applicable parties.
Implementation & Management of pricing tiers and accruals, Complete complex payments analytics.
Responsible for analyzing pricing, price increase initiatives and pricing issues and any ad-hoc analysis.
Failure to Supply for the GPI contracts
Develop/Updates all templates for contract standardization, new marketing programs & integrations.
Participate in Business Operations projects as necessary
Analyze and make recommendations on business issues and opportunities
Communicate with Field Sales to understand customer needs and business opportunities
Participate in process innovation to develop/identify procedural gaps, drive for improvements, efficiencies, achieve results and enhance customer relationships.
Demonstrate compliance with internal procedures, processes and values
Work closely with Managers and Directors to further develop skills within areas of responsibilities.
Advanced detailed understanding of profit levers and financial impact to better understand business profit drivers.
Dedicated support to specific Sales Management team in the formulation of customer strategies and tactics.
Develop financial and information support systems to identify specific opportunities and to track and measure progress toward key goals and initiatives.
Pricing analysis on all proposed agreements to ensure pricing guidelines are maintained and to quantity the impact that proposed pricing would have on sales and profit. Present to various groups on profit analysis processes, guidelines and results
