Job Summary

As a Smart Home Manager, you are the face of Vivint Smart Home while working inside of our retail partner locations. You will be responsible for cultivating a unique retail experience that is inviting and exciting for our customers. It will be your responsibility to educate our many customers on the benefits of our products, and you will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive for and deliver measurable sales results vs. monthly sales quota; achieve greater than 75% install rate of accounts sold

  • Adapt to various challenges and changes in a fast-paced environment

  • Answer questions and resolve concerns with honesty and integrity in order to create customers of our products and loyal subscribers to our services

  • Demonstrate a passion for serving our customers and providing a world class customer experience

  • Build relationships with Field Service partners. Ensure positive working relationships that will drive install rates above 75%

  • Develop productive relationships between Vivint and our retail partners to deliver a consistent customer experience and guarantee continued success of our program

  • Mentor, train, and motivate employees of our retail partners to successfully sell Vivint Smart Home products and achieve sales goals


  • $58,600 per year on target compensation

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School education or equivalent

  • Background check is mandatory

  • Must be at least 18 years old
